This project is a bid for the design of public service advertisement posters, with a focus on China’s super metropolitan areas during the Spring Festival. These cities experience high population mobility, and many people choose to return to their hometowns during this time, transforming the bustling urban landscape into an emptiness. I selected three locations—streets, subways, and stations—for digital hand-drawing, aiming to convey that the thriving super metropolitan areas are built by the laborers who leave home.
